Please bear in mind that orders are non-refundable. You must ensure that you send us an accurate description of the imprint you want. If you want a confirmation of the accuracy of the layout to be custom imprinted you are invited to request it. We will e-mail you an electronic layout proof in GIF graphic file, it is up to you to ensure that all spelling and descriptions you send us are accurate. If you do not request a "proof" then our good faith interpretation of your instructions will prevail.

Also please be aware that you must not expect absolute perfection in a custom made item that is produced in this manner. We will send you a great looking mug or other article but it is simply not possible to accurately match colours.

We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, cheque or money order.


If paying by credit card other than through PayPal, please send order by e-mail and we will phone to ask for your credit card number. Please indicate when is the best time to phone, including time zone.

If paying by cheque or money order we invite you to send your order by e-mail and also to print out the order and send it along with your cheque or money order to:
